Manhattan 2010

Manhattan 2010 is unofficial expansion to red box Dungeons and Dragons self-published in 2015 by Jonas Mustonen and Jukka Hämäläinen. It does not use D&D terminology but assumed players to have access to D&D for deeper character creation and combat rules. Manhattan 2010 draws motivation from '80s kung-fu and action movies and especially from the movie Escape from New York. The main idea in playing is "wouldn't it be cool if...", so GM is advised to not be too strict with rules but concentrate on the story. It is playable indepentently as well. The book mainly contains modern projectile weapon specifications, shooting rules and modern armor, setting info and some NPC ideas. (And the story how the game was developed.)
