Mario Kart returns to the Wii console. 24 playable characters (8 for each of the three weight classes), 6 karts and 6 bikes for each character, 32 different courses, multiple race speeds, 20 items, battle mode, mirrored options, time trials, auto and drift controls, and much more are included in this game. You can race against the computer to complete objectives and unlock characters/vehicles/modes and more. Once you are comfortable with the game, you can also jump online and race with up to 12 other players from around the world.
This game brings a lot of new content, but also updates many classic tracks and features for the Wii console. Most of the new features seem focused on new characters/vehicles and enhanced playing modes. Even if you've played the predecessors, there is a lot of new content and enjoyment packaged in this game. And if you want to drive with a wheel, it has that as well!
