User Summary:
Players each control a character, and the group for whom that character is spokesman. The characters and groups respond to a variety of situational threats presented by the gamemaster, be they social, political, military, environmental, or even romantic. Character ratings are descriptions of personality more than of competencies.
Set on Martian Colonies circa 2100, the colonies are still tied to their Terran national progenitors, but are becoming local entities. Different nations colonies may be present, and have relations ranging from friendly to outright enemies.
It should be noted that there is no actual personal combat system, nor mass combat system, but that the task system is capable of resolving such.
