Description

This 35 page booklet presents "Quick Wargame rules and historical commentary for the period 1100-1300 AD."

From the author's preface:

"Many sets of rules claim to be simple, and are so crudely simple they miss the spirit of bygone days. Others would swamp even Genghis Khan with their detail. This set of rules lets you fight a good-sized wargame in a reasonable time. Complexities that delay the average game are short-circuited here with a system of built-in probabilities. Though these rules lump some cumulative effects here and there, they nevertheless provide an enterprising general enough complexity to make games realistic."
