In this game, the best racer of the galaxy, Hardley Race, use his dimensional teleporter for kidnapp some racers of the world of "Dovadula's Burn", "T-Rex and Muscle Sam" and "-Space Hunter-".
Hardley force them to compete in a racing tournament where the winner can challenge him for the "best in the universe" title.
