This is a minimalist descriptive combat.
One-page, easy, d6 system, no hitpoint, skill-based, and that might be able to be used with several core systems.
It uses standard d6 dice.

It is uses a small amount of words to describe if a melee or ranged weapon hits an enemy, the target location of the hit, and the intensity of the damage to the specific body area. Critical blows that result in death is soon or instant death are also included for vital body parts.
This uses three rolls of 1d6.
Roll once to see if you hit.
Roll for target location of hit.
Roll for intensity of damage.
There is no rule for when a character dies besides 'instant death' and 'death is soon'. This focuses on the descriptive nature of combat using a few but meaninful words.
Either creating your own or interpreting a current systems is based on interpreting a few adjectives. Specific examples of the adjectives are not listed.
