Description

Publisher's blurb:

The adventurers approach a small mountain ridge that is highly eroded, with prominent chasm crack on the side—rocks are tumbling down the mountain into the chasm.

This is a minimalist descriptive mountain generator to help randomly roll a mountain setting for gaming or writing. (mountain = above 1,000 feet high)

One-page, easy, standard d6 dice system that may be used with any core system.

It is small and compact. It's just this white icon and black cover page and one written page.

It can, however, be expanded by using the 12x12 outdoor, fact, animal, and description generator charts.

It is uses a small amount of keywords to describe a mountain.

This uses up to nine rolls of 1d6 for five characteristics of the deciduous forest.

Roll for the mountain height (to the nearest thousand feet).
Roll for the natural event (weather or geological).
Roll twice for the dominant rock type (sedimentary, metamorphic, igneous).
Roll for the unusual mountain feature.
Roll for the unusual mountain top.
The keywords are interpreted based on context of the setting and characters.
