User Summary
Missile Strike is a clone of the arcade classic Missile Command written by Charles Robinson for the BBC Micro and released by Superior Software.
Nuclear missiles are raining down onto your six cites. You command a missile defence silo with a limited number of interceptor missiles. The player controls a cursor. Pressing fire launches an interceptor towards that point. Detonations cause chain reactions, which is important on later levels as the player does not have enough interceptors to destroy every incoming missile.
To compound the player's problems, aircraft and UFOs fly across the screen dropping additional missiles.
If a player can keep at least one city intact at the end of a wave, he advances to the next wave.
