BACKGROUND
Intelligence has uncovered a potential atrocity being commited by Terrel&Squib Pharmaceuticals (see INTEL). According to several of Orpheus Group's living and P.L.E. contacts, agents of Terrel&Squib Pharmaceuticals have kidnapped several homeless persons, prostitutes, and other social unfortunates and have brought them to a secure facility in the center of the factory district.
