Mix-Econo is an educational game designed to acquaint the players with the meaning and use of everyday economic terms such as money, wages, industry, finance, inflation, banking, savings, etc. It is essentially a game to teach the social science of Economics.

Mix-Econo associates the actions of people with the changing value of money. The cards used in the game represent different phases of the economy and are marked with a monetary value. The object of the game is for each player to choose proper cards so as to end up with an amount of money as close to stable point as possible. The winner is the person having the amount of money nearest (above or below) the set stabilized amount of $200,000.
