Mixed Magic Items I

From Introduction:

The Reliquary introduces new magic items for use in d20 fantasy games. This installment of the Reliquary runs the gamut, covering specific armor and weapons (one type of each), four new magic rings, three unique staffs, and fifteen wondrous items.

Some of the items presented here have values uncharacteristic of their category. This is because while they may be very expensive and difficult to produce, their impact on the game is less than their price in gold pieces would suggest.
