Money Mad

There are cards in 4 suits in a different number and with different values. All players start with £30.
Each player has 3 cards on his hand and has 1 turn to exchange one of it by drawing one of the draw pile or the last discarded one of a specific suit. Then each player passes one card to his neighbor. All cards are revealed and compared. The player with the lowest score pays the difference to the highest score into the pot. The player with the highest score takes the difference to the second highest score from the pot. Several rounds are played, eliminating all players who went broke. Last player in the game gets the whole pot and wins.
Mechanism, game weight and feeling is somewhat similar to Swim.
Released in a style like Cheapass Games, probably in the 70s.
