Game ID: GID0213889
Collection Status
Description

Players take the role of farmers in Wisconsin after the industrial revolution that are expanding into new areas of the business world.

REAL ESTATE
Players travel around Wisconsin and purchase and sell real estate for their companies. Each type of property has a different purpose. They are: railroads, shops, inns, banks, forests, mines, farms, factories, and harbours.

PRICE MANAGEMENT
Presidents of companies can adjust the prices at their properties that may be utilized by other players. They may sell low to attract business or undersell competition, or sell high if they have a monopoly in a particular business.

TRAVELLING
Players try to avoid shops and inns that are too expensive while on their business trips, and visit other cities using the railroad, again trying to avoid overpriced trips.

ANTITRUST LEGISLATION
Players can also visit the capital building in Madison in an attempt to set legal limits on prices in certain industries.

SHARE TRADING AND TAKEOVERS
Presidents of companies can buy and sell shares of stock of other players' companies. This can be done for profit or to attempt a company takeover.
