Those who know the faerie ways know that on nights when the moon is bright, moon faeries pass over from their world into ours. These mischevious fey are tricksters and pranksters, though they often misjudge mortal limitations and their pranks can end up being lethal. Fortunately, moon faeries (called iluead sidhe in Sylvan) can rarely remain in the mortal world for long. Once the sun's rays touch them, they are whisked away back to their own world.
The moon faerie (Challenge 11) is a monster that can be a companion or opponent for a group of tier 2 or 3 player characters.
