Description

From the Introduction:

To the untrained eye the moon's surface might look featureless and dreadfully monotonous. Along this small cliff face, possibly the remnant of an old crater, lies one place of importance though. In the bright light and heat of the lunar day a lander has touched down at this spot, marking it with a small flag for all posterity as one of the few spots where man has set foot on their home planet’s natural satellite. In this barren, airless desert the small lunar lander is the only source of hospitality, what little it can provide, far and wide.
