From the introduction:
This adventure is for 1-3 good aligned characters of 3-5 levels who rely on stealth rather than brawn. The adventure takes place in the city of Raam a few months into Free year 11. Why the party is in Raam and how the party got there is up to the individual DM to decide, based on their campaign. Due to the unrest in Raam the natives are more likely to ask the characters, outsiders, for help.
Adventure synopsis
The characters meet Xersus and help him drive off a band of templars. Xersus leads the party to his refuge where he asks a favor from them. He has been stealing water from a nearby noble's compound and has come to the conclusion that the noble has a priest of water hidden in the compound.
Xersus wants the party to free the priest. Xersus is hoping the cleric can cure his beloved, Nafisa, who has contracted the wind sickness. Xersus also hope the cleric will agree to remain in the neighborhood and provide water to the inhabitants.
As the party searches for a way into the compound from the underground they run into tari. The tari pursue the party, following them up into the compound and giving chase throughout the noble's residence. The party has to avoid the tari and the noble's guards to reach the priest and escape.
