Murcanto's Lair

From the introduction:

Murcanto's Lair all started out with a hand-drawn map on graph paper while letting my imagination fill in the blanks. Most of the art was doodled-up with a black ball-point pen while I was "burning the candle at both ends” late into the night. The Walking Nightmares introduced themselves to me one revealing line at a time.

An "old school mega-dungeon" scenario, with a good deal of serious creepiness thrown in for good measure.
