A Spectral Adventure for the Fifth Edition. My Dear Bride is a spectral adventure for Fifth Edition (5E) with a cool game design and special attention to lore and NPC backgrounds.
One of the main goals is to surprise your players with the shift from a pleasant Sunday morning in a calm village to the disturbing, cursed place it'll soon become.
The party is invited to be bodyguards at a wedding, but when the organ sounds a gloomy melody for the bride's entrance, the environment around them changes, blending the real world with the world of darkness, leaving the party in the middle of an evil plot that has already caused thousands of deaths.
With the unexpected help of a mysterious ally, the party will learn the truth about what happened to the village and how the curse can be undone. However, they must face terrible foes, recover important items, and conquer other obstacles that face them ahead.
While in any normal adventure, gold would be the perfect bargaining chip, in a cursed place such as Lezalend, Orbs of Life are the only one. These are collected from the gloom walkers, the ghastly specters roaming the cursed village.
