User summary
Nanako in Classic Japanese Monster Castle is an modern retro arcade action adventure, where the player needs to clear 25 levels by building paths to the exit, carrying wooden boxes to form this path.
Created by the Spanish collective The Mojon Twins, the game was first programmed for the ZX Spectrum in 2007, then ported to the Amstrad CPC in 2009, to the Commodore 64 in 2010, and to the ZX81 in 2011. All ports were done with the original team involved.
It is also the second game in the series of Nanako, bikini-clad girl adventurer.
Though it's unclear which ports of this game (outside of the Commodore 64 releases) got a physical release, the cartridge release for the C64, from RGCD, was bundled together with Sir Ababol, and the tape/disk release from Psytronik was bundled together with Sir Ababol and UWOL The Quest for Money.
