A business game of international shipping where the players move the ship around the world earning money on it. The players can buy shares in each other ships and get a percentage of the ship's income.
There are two editions of this game, the latter is from 1984 but there was also an edition printed around 1960. The gameplay is the same, but all the components are different between the two editions.
The first edition had metal ships, with varying prices for the ships, as well as their operating costs, depending on the kind of vessel. As such, an ambitions player might choose an expensive ship, at a higher risk, but for a higher potential profit.
In the 1984 edition, the prices for the ships were the same across the board, detracting from the game in the view of many players of the original.
