On a backwater, interdicted world, a primitive tribal leader has somehow gotten hold of a suit of powered combat armor and is using it to undertake a campaign of conquest. The PCs, via the reactivation of their Exploration Service colleague, are sent to quietly relieve him of it. Failure means an unacknowledged demise on a lonely world.
