Neighborhood Conflict is a free game designed by Abe Jones and is based on the tabletop game of the same name as well as the original rpg. It is a historic economic strategy game about a neighborhood of kids that formed their own governments and economies in the late 1980s and 1990s. The kids held elections, waged wars, issued fiat currency, started businesses, and even engaged in banking. Players partake in all of this as well as dealing with social dynamics between the kids.
