The Blackwater Union is a small-time organized crime ring, skimming the top off local profits and shipments from the poorer parts of the warehouse district. The owners of the small warehouse business down there have pooled some money to pay someone to take care of things. Your job is to infiltrate the old “abandoned” warehouse that the Blackwater Union uses for its headquarters, take down any punks who get in your way, locate the Union General, and assassinate him.
