NES-004: Standard NES controller; rectangular with a 4-direction joypad, Select, Start, A, and B.
The Japanese Famicon did not come with loose controllers; and they were not sold separately. The AV Famicon (HVC 101) however, did come with separate controllers, that probably also were sold separately.
