[This Net.Ratings.Guide was] compiled from responses by the readers of rec.games.frp.dnd and ADND-L from October 1994 through early 1995.

User summary:

The Net.Ratings.Guide presents a rating score for most TSR roleplaying products extant through 1995 (items receiving fewer than five votes were not included). Each item receives a score (0-10) with the low vote, the high vote, and the number of votes also noted. The file is organized by product grouping. The Guide also includes general comments received during the project.

The Guide is published as fourteen sequentially numbered text files - while most pieces of the Guide were finalized in 1995, some pieces were finalized as early as 1994.
