It has a chapter about America in 2020 and a few maps of the surrounding area. But, other then that it's all about Night City.
It contains short facts (datafax) containing various laws, rules, services, etc. needed to know living in Night City. I short explanation of the various people and gangs in Night City. And then a ton of information about the business and homes in Night City.
A detailed map is provided. That map is divided into districts and then each district is detailed block by block.
There are maps to help pinpoint types of establishments throughout Night City, too.
