Even the scum and villainy of the spaceports and space colonies have their own scum and villainy. Quantum Queen is the safe haven for this sort of crowd. The nightclub, located on the notorious level 21, is known for its shady deals and black-market trade goods. Officially, The Queen, as the matriarch of the Quantum Queen is known, has nothing to do with these obviously illegal activities, but everyone knows that she takes a cut of all deals that happen under her roof.
The club has a bar and a small raised VIP lounge which also has access to a small laboratory and the Queen's office.
