No More Spell Slots

I’ve got a confession to make; I haven’t been playing with spell slots in my home game for the past two years.

I created the following ruleset for one campaign, and then tried to broaden it to make it more applicable to more settings, and now, my players and I not only prefer it to spell slots but can’t go back to the clunky, unintuitive system that we’d all adapted to.

So, after hundreds of hours of playtesting, teaching the system to new players for pickup games and presenting it at some meet ups I’ve put together this packet with a system of spellcasting that a math-wizard once told me is “actually very good math”, truly, the highest praise imaginable.
