Noisy Person Cards is a party game designed to help you develop new character voices.
Using card matching mechanics inspired by games like Apples to Apples and Utter Nonsense, NPC challenges you to lend a voice to potential thousands of character combinations.
NPC is best when played with 3 or more people. Games can last from 10 minutes, to 2 hours, depending on how long you want to play. The print and play set is ok for folks aged 15+, and becomes ok for all ages when you remove the cards marked with a lil’ skull icon.
Players take turns speaking a selected phrase in the voice of a character chosen by the round's judge, who then decides who performed the best voice for the round. Both the judge and the speakers have ways to attach additional descriptors to the current character, Upping the Ante of difficulty, hilarity, and reward for the round.
