North Cape uses the rules of Advanced Salvo! European Theater, as modified for this particular engagement.
Components
North Cape comes with a set of counters, a Sea Display and Game Tables and five pages of rules. You will also need three six-sided dice, and paper and pencil. It is recommended to mount the North Cape counters.
