The Oath of the Eldritch is an ancient tradition of honor rising from the practices of Eladrin knighthood. Charged with protecting the cities and courts of the Feywild, these paladins blend fey magic with martial prowess. Fiercely devoted and relentless, they spend their careers honing the perfection of their skills in service of the ideals they pledge to defend. Known variously as Sword Guards, Shiradi, and Eldritch Knights, they assault the enemy with devastating attacks from all directions, teleporting across the field and paying little heed to lines of battle. Those who take the Oath of the Eldritch see themselves as a vanguard. Though many commit their lives to a given city or power, others venture forth into wild and the Feydark, bringing the battle ever closer to the enemy.
