Goal of the game is to have a good time during shopping. Buy as fast as possible all commodities that you need for your chosen food and get back home. Players have random starting amount of money and they can get more (or lose) through random events. They can earn a bit by voluntarily drawing real life homework (e.g. water a plant, sort three books in library) to earn a bit more. Once they get to the shop (via short route and dice-rolling) each turn they roll to either have a chance to buy one thing of their list or draw aforementioned event card. Whoever gets home first with all ingredients will win.

Hráči se po cestě do Kvído obchodu musí umět správně rozhodovat, s trochou štěstí získají část peněz na svůj nákup a zbytek si mohou vydělat vylosovanou domácí prací (úklid, mytí nádobí, apod.), kterou musí vykonat. V obchodě nakupují zboží dle svého nákupního seznamu a neustále sledují, zda mají dostatek peněz na zaplacení.
Při nakupování se mohou setkat i s nečekanými výhodami a nevýhodami, které ze hry dělají ještě větší zábavu.
Vyhrává ten, kdo má jako první dostatek peněz na zaplacení na pokladně a vrátí se domů s celým nákupem.
