Occyourpation is a game of Financial Management, simulating the normal day to day costs of owning your own home and car, while at the same time running a business. The object of the came is to own your own $30,000 car, $100,000 house and have a nest egg from your businesses totaling $1,000,000!
Occyourpation is an 1978 Australian made board game made by Cassa products and is an Australian themed economic game.
In Occyourpation, much in the same vein as Monopoly, players throw dice and move around a board while purchasing objects they land on. Players however are gated on which paths on the board they are allowed to take, each path with different penalties and rewards, by their level of vehicle and income. Players are allowed to purchase shares, businesses, houses and cars aiming to earn more and more money and eventually reach the Victory condition.
