Where the One Roll Quest core rules provide the framework to spin tales of your own design using only a single die roll, the One Roll Chronicles give you and your friends a multi-part adventure where you'll start at the tavern and, after a series of misadventures, return to the tavern to claim your rewards.
At the start of the game, each player selects one of the five One Roll Quest characters. At the beginning of each encounter, the special One Roll Quest six-sided die is rolled – only once! – and then the group reads through the encounter results and roleplays the events.
One Roll Chronicles adds a layer of storytelling prompts to the One Roll Quest core rules, making it easier for everyone to keep the action moving toward an epic conclusion. For roleplayers of all levels of experience, One Roll Quest and One Roll Chronicles keep you entertained as you wait for those (traditionally) slow stragglers to arrive for game night.
