The PCs are a group of lowlife thugs and criminals who run a pub and club (which they live above) in Not Quite Edinburgh. Aside from running the venue, they deal amphetamines and other drugs to local dealers and bouncers. The gang has steadily grown in influence and wealth and there is no reason for any of the gang to feel dissatisfied.
