おつきみふくろう (Moon Viewing Owls)

In a forest where no one knows about, there are owls that are kind of unusual, who are anxiously waiting for the perfectly round full Moon.

“Let’s go view the Moon tonight”
The owls work very, very hard to prepare for the dango.

However, the dango are so delicious, tempting the owls to steal and eat them when no one knows about.

Original description:

こっそりどこかにある森で、
ちょっと変わったふくろうたちが、
待ち遠しいのは、まんまるまんぷくおつきさま。

「今宵は皆でお月見じゃ」
ふくろうたちは、せっせ、せっせとお団子準備。

だけども、お団子おいしそう。
ちょっとだけの出来心。
こっそり盗んで食べちゃおう
