“One of the things that makes Wittgenstein a real artist to me is that he realized that no conclusion could be more horrible than solipsism.”
-David Foster Wallace
You've always felt it. Out of the corner of your eye, the world dissolves. The people you see, they cease to exist as you move away. The only thing you can be sure of is that YOU exist, and that's not nearly enough. You could be a brain in a jar, sitting in someone's lab. The world could be a simulation. You could be the star of a reality TV show that you are not aware of.
Whenever you think about it, you get the same sensation; the chances that THIS is all real are slim. Most of the world—people's reactions, politics, economics—doesn't make sense at all.
In this game you will try to have a normal, healthy life, despite the overpowering feeling that nothing is real. Will you let your acts be driven by paranoia, or will you focus on making the world a better place?
WARNING
This game includes themes of social exclusion and mistrust that might be disturbing for some players. Discretion is advised.
