You are the spirit of a pond, and spring has come once again! On each of 20 days (turns), roll the two animal dice and two organ dice, then use any or all of the dice once each to take actions – placing animals and bestowing organs upon them, moving your focus from animal to animal, and using their organs to have them think, spot food, eat it, and mate!
Pack-A-Pond is a medium-weight puzzly roll-and-write game for one or more players. It involves polyomino placement, figuring out how to use most of your animals' organs, and more. All you need to play is 2 light dice and 2 dark dice, a pencil, the 8-page rules, and any one game sheet.
The game's playtesting and development is documented in: [WIP] Pack-A-Pond - 14th Roll and Write Game Design Contest - Contest Ready!. It's sort of second in a series to the 2020 Worm & Cozy, which won 'Best Thematic Game' in the 4th Roll & Write Game Design Contest.
