Description

Panzer is a free print & play, card driven, armor combat game on a tactical level set in World War II for 2 players.

The game is played on hex maps with a scale of 500 meters per hex. Statistics are given for German, British, French, American and Russian tanks, and two German anti-tank guns. Each unit is rated for speed, armor, and penetration. Counters are used to represent the tanks, guns and various combat and terrain effects.

A custom deck of cards is central to the play of the game. The players draw hands of cards from a common deck affecting the way units move and attack. Intelligent and timely card play are paramount to achieving victory.

Panzer's design is clean and elegant with smooth mechanics and easy to learn, intuitive rules yet engrossing gameplay, perfectly suited for those new to board wargaming. Easy to set up, with sessions lasting about 45 minutes, Panzer has nearly unlimited replayability.
