From the heyday of SSG and computer wargames, Panzer Battles was part of a series of releases that concentrated on command-and-control problems in a typical hex-and-counter board-wargame setup. Each release had it's own set of scenarios (this one concentrated on the Eastern Front), but included a powerful scenario editor that allowed users to create their own scenarios (including custom graphics), and to input data for new scenarios included with their magazine, Run 5.
