Paper Cricket

Description

Paper Cricket was first devised by Luke Morris in 1993 as a child trying to pass the time on long car journeys. With the rules written down for the first time, Paper Cricket is now available, for free, to everyone.

Paper Cricket is a simple game that aims to provide a bit of entertainment if you’re stuck as a passenger on a very boring car/train/plane journey or when you’re stuck late at work with nothing but some paper, a pencil (or pen) and a dice. At its’ most simple you need nothing else.

Paper Cricket does NOT intend to perfectly simulate the ebb and flow of a cricket match BUT from experience it does enough to provide realistic scores, averages and statistics. Cricket, like baseball, is a game of statistics.

With simple play rules (and optional squad selection mechanics) it's a game to pick up and play wherever you are and whatever you're doing.
