¡The quiet city of Papertown is growing at a crazy rate and you are one of the contracted planners managing it's development!
On every turn, expand the city placing commercial, residential and industrial districts, as well as lakes, parks and public buildings.
Then, if you managed to fulfill the necessary conditions, you can build special structures such as resorts, gated communities or aquariums and populate Papertown with your Citizens.
¡Whoever places all his Citizens in the city will be the winner!
