Adds La Seine postcard to the game. You may place this postcard along one side of the board. This side becomes the Seine's riverbank. Both players score 3 points for each building they have in contact with that side of the board.
This was released in the Promo Pack D for the Dice Tower 2021 Kickstarter campaign.
