On September 6, 1939, German troops entered Kraków, beginning its occupation. Just 12 days later, on September 18, the first underground resistance newspaper was published, and soon after, more clandestine organizations began to form. In this game, your mission is to create a resistance movement. Sometimes, you will have the support of loyal friends, but beware — there may be traitors among you. Will you rise to the challenge?
Players take turns. During their turn, they can search districts for useful items cards and boost their stats. They can also move using action points. Another option is a day's work (rolling a die). Sometimes, players can also use their characters' special abilities. Victory is achieved when each player has 7 resistance points. It's a bit different in competitive mode, where players can try to claim a cooperative victory, but one false move and one of them can turn into a collaborator. From that point on, their task is to make all the other players collaborators and then beat them for points.
During the game, players should avoid German guards and control the amount of taxes.
