Petrified Goblins

From Introduction:

Stone-like coral growths begin to sprout on the bodies of goblins who imbibe too much of this bugbeer. Their skin becomes hard and rocky, even covering their eyes and noses. The fear brought on by the bugbeer becomes permanent, warping their minds forever. They lose all connection to their prior communities, preferring to hunt for meat in packs, using the stone spikes growing out of their petrified flesh as weapons.

These wretched beasts are hunted by goblins and bugbears alike, though other goblins may sometimes try to look for a cure. Bugbears, on the other hand, are just vindictive and seek only to punish those who steal from them.
