The comic heroes are not alone. Many of them have pets. Tintin has Milou, Piko and Fantasio have Spip and Marsupilami, Ozymandias has Bubastis, Kitty Pride has Lockheed and so on. These pets are not mere decoration. In Pets you can create your own animal sidekick.

Whether ordinary animals (Milou is a white wire fox terrier) or genetically manipulated creatures (Bubastis is a modified lynx), these creatures are more than just simple pets. They make their own decisions and frequently save the day – or cause trouble. Pets is a system agnostic supplement for creating pets for player characters. It aims for easy but still nuanced system to developing your own animal companion.
