The planet Irka has been devastated by a worldwide war. Only 5 cities remain, each protected by a force field powered by a nuclear reactor. Each player must destroy the opposing cities' generators while protecting her own.
The game uses a standard card deck. Each turn, players move their forces on the board, then attack enemy territory. Combat strength is computed by adding the number of fighting pieces, the point value of a random card and another card from the the player's hand; highest combat strength wins and can occupy the defender's position, the defender withdraws to an adjacent position, or is eliminated if retreat is impossible. If a player has a pair in her hand, she can play it to gain additional advantages (for example a pair of threes allow a player to take control of an opponent piece for this combat).
