You’ll need a real buccaneer’s luck and courage to win! Luck, strategy and courage are the theme of this pirate game, where only making the right decisions will win the race to the treasure. Simple rules for games full of surprises.
“Pirate Island” is a roll-and-move and collecting game. As you move across the board there are tokens to collect, including gold coins, precious jewels, a ship, and a compass or map to help you reach Crocodile Island. Once you get there, you’ll need to hunt for a key and your treasure chest. Watch out for the other pirates though – they might try to pillage your plunder!
The game is over when a player has collected:
• their treasure chest in the correct colour + a key
or
• 7 gold coins
or
• 5 precious jewels
That player is declared the winner, and top pirate.
