Piratenpoker

Using colored number cards, players bid three times on scoring cards from the three color piles, to dump one overboard, to dump one on another player and to keep the third to score. The scoring cards have plus and minus values, and when your bid cards match the color of the scoring card, their value is doubled.
Players are dealt cards between rounds, so do you spend your cards this round, or hold them to outbid someone during the next round?
