Basically when I got back into gaming after a long break I had to choose between Gamma World 2nd Edition and Cyclopedia edition of Dungeons and Dragons
What you see here is not a fully resolved RPG. It is a setting you might use various systems to game in or just a source book of gonzo science fantasy apocalypse ideas to drop in a campaign.
